Whether
braided around the crown, coiled half-back or knotted into an updo,
hair is getting
manipulated into a fresh, new direction this season.
While some looks require an extra set of hands,
others put a simple and
attainable twist on the classics. Double fishtails and triple braids,
much like
the one I saw from Lucian Matis’ Toronto Fashion Week show,
are taking plaits to the next level. My
advice to you: practice makes
perfect.
Put down the iPhone and stop trolling your ex’s Facebook page.
Grab some dry shampoo and start
watching how-to videos. You’ll be
surprised how simple some of these styles are to achieve.
